Actors

KCity is the ability to explore possible synergies between different actors and their interests in collaboration agreements. We promote transversal networks, supporting local public administrations, involving private profit-making subjects and backing up third sector associations. We analyze systems of actors who are already active in the context, we direct the confrontation prefiguring possible integration scenarios and we also manage the negotiation processes.
